Her parents were a Japanese businesswoman and the son of the Chinese ambassador, something that at the time was frowned upon even if the world was rather liberal. Her parents married soon after and the family moved to China to stay with her father's family. Both children were taught Japanese and Chinese as well as from an early age how to read, write, discuss and do fractions. |

Reluctantly their mother adapted into the life of a housewife but it was a large transition from being a top businesswoman and it took its toll on the children, who despite having their mother at home never spent any time with her. The two kids when barely paid any attention to their parents and instead turned to the other when in need of anything. School wasn't something that Natsume had too many troubles with but it was also something she didn’t really care that much about, instead she spent her time on kung fu, calligraphy and qigong. She had no desire to partake in the usual issues that girls in her age spent time and money on and thus she simply ignored them something that made others speak about her family behind her back. She didn't let it bother her and instead just went on with her life. Though those that dared to speak ill of her brother often found themselves on her bad side and it usually resulted in a few well chosen words and even in some cases bruises and a sprained foot or wrist. Natsume returned to Japan with regular intervals to visit her mother's family as her brother stayed behind, this caused a slight riff between them but nothing too serious as they - despite the growing distance - were closer than most siblings. After having spent so much time with her grand parents in Japan Natsume decided to apply for a Japanese school when the choice can for her to decided if she wanted to move on with her education or not. Other Notes: Natsume is the kind of person that almost seems alof and completely uncaring about thing around her and frankly she doesn't care that much. Despite this she is actually a rather friendly person and cares deeply for those she comes to call friends. She can come across as rather blunt at times which is rather contrasting from her upbringing. |
